Renew On ICBC's Website
The following requirements must be met in order to renew with ICBC online. If you are not eligible, kindly select one of our other relevant renewal choices.
Online renewal criteria
- My vehicle is not a company vehicle or a leased vehicle; it is simply registered in my name.
- My insurance is still in effect (has not expired), and I want to keep my current license plate.
- ICBC has no unpaid balance owed by me.
- My coverage will be renewed on May 1, 2022, or later.
How to Choose Your Broker of Choice When Renewing on the ICBC Website
You will be asked to: When you connect into the Online Insurance Services portal on ICBC’s website.
- Choose your policy.
- Update your contact details.
- Validate your email address.
- Choose your preferred broker; this broker will evaluate your ICBC renewal when it has been completed.
- Complete your online renewal.
